„One week online” was the slogan of this year’s catworkx Atlassian Symposium Vienna 2020 (CASV2020) from November 23 to 27. The ten Webcasts, spread over five days, focused on customer references and presentations by App manufacturers from the Atlassian Ecosystem.
For example, how does knowledge management succeed with the help of Confluence and how is collaboration across departments ensured in times of home office? How does the use of accelerate Jira Service Management (formerly Jira Service Desk) the processing of requests in IT service management? How does the interaction of Jira and the app BigPicture enable transparent and effective project management? catworkx customers provided information on all these questions and reported on their individual experiences with the Atlassian tools.
Selected app vendors also demonstrated the power and versatility of their respective apps within the Atlassian ecosystem. The webinars were hosted by Markus Stranzinger, Head of Operations & Business Development, catworkx Austria.
