“ITSM at high speed” for dev, IT ops and business teams: catworkx’s current project experience with Jira Service Management in the cloud shows that this is not an empty promise. It’s hard to get a fully functional service desk up and running faster than that. In our webinar on June 30, 2022 (11:00-11:45), Dr. Wolfgang Tank will give you a general overview of the extensive features of the smooth-running Atlassian solution and present some new features.
Jira Work Management has also received a new feature: We have summarized the advantages of “real-time editing” for you and your team in a news item.
Also clearly and informatively compiled for you: the Atlassian Cloud Roadmap, with important information and deadlines for the end of support for Atlassian servers. It also lists the opportunities and licensing possibilities that this presents for you.
We are delighted to have received Appfire’s third consecutive Red Hot Partner award and would also like to draw your attention to a CGI partner event where we will be giving a presentation. Finally, we have a reading recommendation for you: In our current career blog, one of our sales managers tells us how onboarding and starting at catworkx went for him.

Partner Event: CGI Know-How Day 2022
CGI’s Know-how Day has been held for 20 years and will take place this year in Frankfurt a.M. on July 7, 2022, starting at 16:00. The linchpin of the event is the transfer of know-how via direct discussions between partners, customers and CGI departments. The mixture of business-relevant know-how and a varied supporting program offers customers and partners added value beyond the purely technical presentation. This year catworkx is a Gold Sponsor of the event and will also be present with a presentation on “Scaled Agility with SAFe® and Atlassian Tools”.
