Cancelled - catworkx Midsummer Day 2020

published Jun 11, 2020 01:06 PM
With deep regrets catworkx has decided to cancel this year's catworkx Midsummer Day. The reason for this decision is the unclear situation regarding the worldwide development of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Coronavirus). The health of the participants, customers and employees has priority during this time. The cancellation is intended to avoid the risk of possible infection.

catworkx Midsummer Day 2020 - CancelationThe catworkx Midsummer Day 2020 - one of the largest Atlassian events in the German-speaking region - is cancelled. The event, which was supposed to take place on 23 and 24 June 2020 in Hamburg, was cancelled by the catworkx management. "We cannot guarantee the health of our guests and employees", says Oliver Groht, CO-Founder and CEO of catworkx GmbH. "The risk analysis of the Robert Koch Institute predicts a very dynamically developing situation with regard to the spread of the coronavirus. We do not want to expose our participants, customers and employees to the risk of infection".

The already launched sale of Early Bird tickets has been stopped. Participants who have already purchased a ticket will of course receive a refund of their ticket price. The entire catworkx team regrets this step and hope that the situation regarding the coronavirus will soon ease. It is planned that the catworkx Midsummer Day can take place as usual in 2021.
