Teamworkx Revision for Confluence - Confluence wikis remain up-to-date: As an electronic organizer, Teamworkx Revision for Confluence from catworkx takes over the continuous monitoring of the topicality of Confluence wikis. The automated post-processing mechanism makes it easy for authors to post-process their pages before the content becomes obsolete.

Teamworkx Confluence RevisionThe Teamworkx Revision for Confluence App supports employees whose job it is to keep Confluence Wikis' content up to date. It is based on a configurable revision form which is available in the advanced configuration section after the app has been installed. The author of a page enters the date into this form on which the content is to be checked for topicality. He also names a person responsible for the page.

Teamworkx Revision for Confluence checks daily which content pages are due for revision. Each responsible author receives one mail per day with the pages he has to check on that date. He can delete the page or add a new revision date.

Revision of a Confluence Page

If an author does not react, a Wiki Gardener is automatically notified. He can deactivate the revision, enter a new revision date or assign the responsibility for the page to another author. It is also possible to deactivate the resubmission function.

All users can view the pages that are due for revision. Different colour markings - green, yellow and red - indicate whether a page needs to be checked shortly, whether the author has been notified of the upcoming check or whether the responsibility lies with the Wiki Gardener.
